What a week. Madi was at Cheer Camp for 3 days. She had a blast. Learn a ton of new cheers and a couple of dance routines. This year she moved up to "B" league which is 4th, 5th & 6th graders. She won't know until the first week of August to find out what team she is on. The last day of camp they put on a show for the parents. Here are some pictures.

Deployment has finally ended...

Hard to believe that it has been a year since John left on deployment. He landed safely yesterday at Dulles Airport with his family there to greet him. I am sure it will be an adjustment getting back into the civilian life but Bailey will keep him on his toes. Here are some pictures of his arrival. And thank you to everyone that has kept him and his family in their prayers during his deployment.

Neightborhood "4th" of July Party
Had our neighborhood 4th of July party last night. What a great time. This year we had "live" music provided by Anthony's band. They were really good. The kids had a great time. They made postcards for John's unit which is scheduled to be home soon. They played kickball against the Dads. That was a sight (lol). Lots of great food and fellowship. A special "thank you" to Rob for the amazing fireworks display. Surprisingly enough...the cops did not show up this year.
